Right of withdrawal

If the right of withdrawal / right of return is exercised, the customer is obliged to return the goods within 10 days of receipt in the original packaging, brand new, undamaged and with a dispatch bill. Postage costs shall be borne by the customer. All customer-specific goods (e.g. with inscriptions, custom-made products, etc.) are excluded from the right of return/exchange.

Please note:

• The items must be in their original packaging
• The original delivery bill must be enclosed
• Unstamped parcels will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense
• Keep the customer coupon until the purchase price has been refunded
• The shipping and payment costs are generally not refunded in the event of a return
